Jacob Phillips-Vice President of Operations

Jacob Phillips started his career at an early age working for his family's business, Phillips Landfill Services, which performed large excavation, grading, liner, and drainage projects for landfills around the United States. In 2004, Jacob joined Sprint Sand & Clay as a heavy equipment operator and quickly worked his way into his current role of Vice President of Operations. In this position, Jacob performs many different functions from quality control, production management, excavation and grading project management and estimating, and procurement of necessary materials and equipment for the company.
